🧾 Job Overview:
We are hiring Warehouse Associates to work with a top logistics and e-commerce company. This is a great opportunity for freshers or experienced candidates who are ready to join immediately.
You will be working in a warehouse and handling daily operations like receiving, packing, sorting, and shipping items. Full training will be provided.
🔧 Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
✅ Inbound Operations
- Receive goods from suppliers
- Scan and check items
- Verify quantity and quality
✅ Outbound Operations
- Pack customer orders
- Dispatch packages on time
✅ Returns Handling (RTO/RTV)
- Manage returned or rejected items
- Send back products to the right place
✅ Inventory & Data Entry
- Count stock regularly
- Keep shelves organized
- Update stock details in the system
✅ Picking & Packing
- Select correct items for each order
- Pack safely and properly
✅ Sorting & Labelling
- Label products correctly
- Sort products by categories
✅ Warehouse Cleanliness & Safety
- Keep your work area neat
- Follow safety rules and guidelines
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Must be physically fit and active
- Freshers are welcome – no experience needed
- Basic reading and writing skills are preferred
- Must be okay with working night shifts (extra allowance will be paid)
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹20,000 for the 1st month (training period)
- ₹27,000 from the 2nd month onwards
- Free food (3 meals daily – breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- Free accommodation – no rent or extra charges
- Night shift allowance paid separately
- Overtime pay if you choose to work extra hours
- Attendance bonus for regular presence
- 2 days Casual Leave (CL) per month (with advance notice)
