Position: International Technical Support โ Voice Process
Foundever is currently hiring freshers and experienced candidates for the International Technical Support Voice Process. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service.
Job Summary
As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from international customers, assisting them with technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires adherence to quality standards set by both the client and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls professionally, within the quality guidelines established by the client and management.
- Deliver prompt and accurate technical support to international customers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first call.
- Ensure all calls are documented and updated in the system.
- Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including call quality and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18 to 35 years.
- Education: Minimum qualification is Intermediate / 10+2. Maximum qualification is a Graduate. Undergraduate students may also apply but should not be enrolled in regular college.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome! Previous experience in a call center or technical support role is an added advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken English skills are mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts is essential.
- Shifts: Candidates must be open to work in rotational US shifts including night shifts.
- Work Mode: This is a work-from-office role โ applicants must be comfortable commuting to the office.
