1. No Refund Policy

All sales on Dizting are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product, online course, or service has been purchased and access has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Unlike physical products, digital products and services are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we are unable to reclaim access once it has been granted.

3. No Chargebacks

By completing a purchase on Dizting, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with full transaction records.

4. Exceptions

We will only consider a resolution in the following rare cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
  • You did not receive access to your purchased product within 48 hours and did not receive any response from our support team

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details.
